The current portfolio includes equipment for continuous and flexible high-volume cooking, searing, grill-marking, pre-frying, and baking. Additionally, it manufactures batch cooker solutions for further processing meat, fish, and ready meals, along with a batch rack oven for processing a wide variety of bakery products.\nJBT acquired the Double D brand in 2009, enabling the integration of its linear ovens and cookers with JBT’s existing range of Frigoscandia® freezing and chilling systems, and Stein® fryers and coating line equipment. This acquisition provided customers with a broader spectrum of in-line food processing solutions.\nEarlier this year, in January, JBT merged with Marel, bringing together two major companies in the food industry.
