In practical terms, Bathgate helps pharmaceutical and biotech customers prepare and manage medicines for use in clinical studies and selected niche commercial programmes.\n \n\n\nThe site’s capabilities include:\n\n\nClinical supply management and end-to-end project management\n\n\nPrimary and secondary packaging, including blistering, bottling and specialist packaging\n\n\nClinical labelling and packaging design\n\n\nTemperature-controlled storage, from controlled room temperature through refrigerated, frozen and deep-frozen conditions\n\n\nGlobal distribution, returns and destruction services\n\n\nQualified Person (QP) release and other specialist clinical supply services\n\n\nDemand-led supply, helping customers respond quickly to changes in patient recruitment and study requirements\n\n\n\n \nIn simple terms, Bathgate sits at a critical point between a customer’s medicine and the patient taking part in a clinical trial.
