His strong inter-personal and communication skills enable him to work with all levels within organisations but his ability to analyse situations and challenge thinking and assumptions means that he is particularly effective when working with senior managers directors and executives. Gordon has worked with Scottish Engineering for many years developing and delivering Leadership Development Programmes.
