From Ambition to Solutions: Ideation and Innovation

Net Zero HomeEvents

Event description

In our last webinar, we presented a process, using lean thinking tools, that can be used to develop a Net Zero roadmap. We focused on Scottish Engineering’s own roadmap, stating our ambition to be Net Zero by 2045 at the latest in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.

Having defined our ambition, we now need to identify solutions to get us there. We described how we identified these potential solutions and the design thinking tools we used, including dos and don’ts, tips and tricks, tools that can be used by any organisation of any size.
