In this session, our solicitor Amie Trainor, will give an update on the progress of the Employment Rights Bill. The session will take a look at the recently opened government consultation on a number of issues within the ERB, a key piece of legislation set to introduce significant changes to workplace rights and employer responsibilities. These include issues such as trade union rights of access and enhanced dismissal protection for pregnant women and new mothers.

Employers can currently contribute to these consultations – we will discuss how members can get involved.
