Booth Welsh Member Networking and Best Practice Meeting
Booth Welsh
Thursday 23 April 2026
Join us on Thursday 23 April 10am – 1pm, for an opportunity to share common challenges, better understand how fellow member companies are continuously improving their business and hear more about Booth Welsh.
Booth Welsh invites ScotEng members to a Behind the Scenes event at our Head Office in Irvine. Founded in 1989, the company has grown into a multidisciplinary engineering and technology business with more than 35 years of experience supporting clients across various sectors.
2025 marked an important milestone for Booth Welsh as the business transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust, placing the future of the company in the hands of its people. The move reinforces our long-term commitment to collaboration, shared success and building a resilient, purpose-driven organisation.
At the event, attendees will hear from Martin Welsh, CEO, and Aimee Doole, People, Brand & Culture Director, who will share the company’s journey and the strategic shift from focusing primarily on technology to placing greater emphasis on people, culture, sustainability and AI for long-term resilience.
Booth Welsh lives by its mission, ‘through collaboration, we engineer a better future,’ by providing state of the art engineering solutions with a purpose-driven approach. Come along to hear how they have kept people at the core of progress, as we all navigate a fast-paced changing world.
Guests will also have the opportunity to tour the facilities, including the Digital Process Manufacturing Centre (DPMC), where the team will demonstrate some of their latest digital and engineering capabilities, including energy monitoring through IIoT, immersive technologies such as VR and AR, and advanced process automation.
Booth Welsh looks forward to welcoming members of the Scottish Engineering community for a morning of insight, discussion and networking.
