With sustainability and our commitment to net-zero by 2030 at the forefront of our minds, we’ve decided to present our dinner booklet to you digitally to make a carbon saving. Producing 1kg of paper results in approximately 1kg of CO2, so we can save over 30kg equivalent by eliminating this paper use, and although that’s a small amount, it all adds up.
