AI Enabled Project Management QA Certificate

Tuesday 24 February | 9.30am-4.30pm | Cost to members £495 a saving of £800 on the usual price

AI’s true power lies not in the technology itself, but in its ability to transform the way organizations operate. As highlighted by the Project Management Institute (PMI), the organizations that thrive with AI are those that embrace it as a catalyst for meaningful change. With the potential to revolutionize how work gets done, AI can elevate project outcomes, enhance efficiency, and significantly improve decision-making across all delivery approaches.

This one-day workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to the practical application of AI in project and change management roles. Participants will explore how AI can automate and augment key tasks, strengthen communication, and support better decision-making throughout the project or change lifecycle. The session also addresses the practical and ethical considerations of adopting AI in real-world environments. We’re delighted to bring this course to our members at the special discounted rate of £495, this is an £800 saving on normal course fees (usually £1295).

A standout feature of this workshop is its hands-on learning experience. Using QA’s best-in-class learning environment and a web-based version of Copilot Chat, you’ll gain practical experience crafting and refining prompts to support typical workflows such as progress reporting, risk management, stakeholder analysis, and knowledge sharing.
