Part 2 – “The Hearing”

This is the second of 2 webinars on disciplinary and grievance procedures and will focus on the latter, formal stages of the process – hearings and appeals. Additionally, it will cover the law you require to comply with and the potential consequences if matters don’t go to plan.

Again, this is designed for managers who have responsibility for disciplinary and grievance matters, and also those new to HR who want to learn more about this area, or those who would enjoy a refresher. It aims to build confidence in dealing with the formal hearings which are necessary in terms of company policies and also the ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures.
