Part 1 – “The Investigation”

Despite the COVID 19 pandemic, some things don’t change, including the need to deal with disciplinary and grievance matters in a fair and consistent manner.

This webinar will focus on the investigation stages of both disciplinary & grievance procedures. It is targeted at first line managers who may be responsible for carrying out such investigations and also those new to HR who are developing their skills in these areas, or those who would welcome a refresher. It aims to build confidence and raise abilities to carry out a thorough and fair investigation process, and also to aid an understanding of the investigation manager’s role in the disciplinary or grievance process. We plan to run a 2nd session dealing with disciplinary and appeal hearings at a later date.
