Founded in 1966, EKGTA is a registered charity dedicated to supporting Scotland’s engineering industry through high-quality training. Today, EKGTA specialises in delivering industry leading Modern Apprenticeship programmes, professional development courses, and bespoke training programmes individually tailored to employer needs. In 2024, they launched The Academy, offering SQA approved qualifications in-house and allowing them full control and flexibility over every component of the MA program.

Join us on the 30^th of January for a tour of their purpose-built training facility and academy in East Kilbride. See how EKGTA has continued to support Scotland’s engineering employers by providing practical, industry-aligned training alongside top quality academic education for nearly 60 years. This will be a normal working day for them, allowing you to check out the spaces where their apprentices and professionals develop their skills as they work and learn.
