Employment Law Essentials – HR for non-HR managers

Following on the success of our two-day Employment Law Essentials for HR course, which is aimed at enhancing the employment law knowledge of experienced HR managers, we are delighted to announce a one-day, in-person employment law course: HR for non-HR managers. It is aimed at non-HR managers who have some HR responsibility in their roles. For example, operational managers or finance managers. The course will teach the fundamentals of employment law that are faced by managers on a regular basis and equip them better to deal with everyday HR issues. The topics covered are:

• Contracts of Employment and Wages
• Unfair Dismissal
• Family Friendly Legislation
• Discrimination

The course will be presented by Solicitors, Kevin Duffy and Amie Trainor, and is designed to be interactive with attendees encouraged to ask questions as the course is presented.  Numbers will be limited to 20, so reserve your place before they are gone! Lunch will be included.
