This session will be delivered by Kevin Duffy, one of the solicitors from the ScotEng HR & Legal team. As many member companies are aware, Flexible Working applications increased dramatically during and after lockdown. This Breakfast Briefing will detail the background to this area of law and provide guidance on how to deal with Flexible Working requests.
