Join us on Wednesday 7 September at 0800-0830 for our next monthly Breakfast Briefing session. This session will be delivered by our Trainee Solicitor, Amie Trainor, and will focus on how to handle Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR). This will include the legal background behind DSARs, your obligations as an employer, practical guidance on how to respond to a DSAR and also general advice on how to communicate appropriately within the workplace.
