Join us on Tuesday 19 May, 10am – 1pm, for an opportunity to share common challenges, gain insight into how fellow member companies are continuously improving their businesses, and learn more about TechnipFMC – a leading technology provider to the traditional and new energy industries, delivering fully integrated projects, products, and services.
TechnipFMC invites ScotEng members to a Behind the Scenes event at their Dunfermline Campus, home to the REMS, Subsea Drilling Systems and Surface International Business Units. During the visit, attendees will gain a clear view of how our site operates today, with a particular focus on our management system and the ways we drive performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The session will include an overview of how our teams work within their obeyas to manage priorities, visualise performance, resolve issues and align across business units. Attendees will also gain insight into the scale and capability of the Dunfermline operation, including its extensive assembly, testing, machining, and welding facilities, and how these capabilities are supported through structured, disciplined ways of working.
