In this session, our solicitor Amie Trainor, delivered an update on the progress of the Employment Rights Bill. The session looked at the recently opened government consultation on a number of issues within the ERB, a key piece of legislation set to introduce significant changes to workplace rights and employer responsibilities. These include issues such as trade union rights of access and enhanced dismissal protection for pregnant women and new mothers.
