August’s Breakfast Briefing – Protected Conversations and Settlement Agreements

Catch up with August’s Breakfast Briefing – Protected Conversations and Settlement Agreements

This instalment of our Breakfast Briefing is presented by Kevin Duffy and looks at protected conversations and settlement agreements.

A protected conversation can be a useful tool for employers, however, must be navigated correctly. Our August breakfast briefing will take a look at the definition of a protected conversation and what exactly is covered by the legislation. We will take a look at the ACAS code on protected conversations and discuss some key practical tips.
