Tuesday saw the launch of our People Management Hub; this is a meeting point for all of those within our membership who have a role advising Line and Senior Managers on people issues within their workplace. Our inaugural meeting was very well attended and had fantastic participation, with immediate positive benefits for some of those attending in forging links and sharing best practice. We are really keen to facilitate this network, with our regular meetings and our Teams channel allowing sharing ideas, examples of good practice, requests for help and information to help us all.
